Unbundled Support

Family law includes the chance to access “unbundled” or “limited scope” services that don’t require you to gain full representation from a lawyer.

I often support clients in this way, particularly those who are attending mediation with their spouse. The unbundled services I offer to clients in mediation include:

• Explaining the law and walking you through the documents and calculations you will need for mediation

• Attending a mediation session

• Helping prepare financial statements and financial disclosure

• Coaching on how to present your views most effectively

• Helping develop and evaluate settlement options;

• Providing independent legal advice on any proposed settlement terms

• Drafting or reviewing a separation agreement
